Order Cancellation:
Once a payment has been successfully processed or advance paid against an invoice, you can before start of engraving request a cancellation of the order (Product) and a full refund will be issued, except for any charges levied by the payment portal (if used).
To request for cancellation of the order, we should receive an online or email request, maximum within 24 hours of payment being processed. You can login to your account on https://kalakritistore.com to request or send an email to contact@akriti.tech with the order number, order email & payment confirmation email.
Returns & Refunds:
There are no returns permitted and no requests will be entertained. All sales are final after the start of machining of the ordered artwork. This is applicable to all products.
Exchange:
Exchanges are not offered.

All times will be measured in Indian Standard Time and the time zone that we operate in is Asia/Kolkata.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days of receipt of funds, or within the lead time specifically mentioned for the product on the website. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we may contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Multiple Shipping options through Shiprocket for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can pick and choose the best option. These prices are not negotiable and cannot be modified after placing the order.
Delivery to Remote Locations not serviced through Shiprocket will be shipped through India Post, irrespective of the order value, at the sole discretion of Kalakriti Store.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Period of Delivery
The normal period for courier delivery is between 2 to 5 business days of shipment. However, Kalakriti Store does not guarantee any time limit for delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as Flight delays, remote locations, etc.
Delivery of orders shipped through India Post is expected within 10 to 15 days.
Taxes
Prices quoted in your shopping cart are exclusive of GST.
Damages
Kalakriti Store is fully committed to the safe and timely delivery of your order. In case of any damage to the ordered items in transit, contact us with the order details immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection by the insurance company.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded once the item is received.
Kalakriti Store will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at contact@akriti.tech
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. No ETA can be provided for the duration/completion of the investigation by the relevant authorities.
